: A person shall be deemed to have committed an offense under this Act if he commits any of the following acts:-
(a) If an unregistered or defunct co-operative society is operated or if any person, firm or company keeps the word co-operative or its English translation in its name and does any business, business, service or any other activity,
(b) If the member's savings are used for any purpose other than in accordance with this Act and the rules and regulations made under this Act,
(c) If the loan is granted without guarantee or security while granting loan in excess of the specified amount,
(d) If a committee member, manager or employee embezzles the property, savings or shares of the cooperative,
(e) If any member of the committee, his relative or any other person or employee embezzles money by giving a loan so that the loan cannot be recovered,
(f) If any member of the committee, alone or with the connivance of other members, uses the shares or savings of the cooperative organization at his own pleasure and causes loss to the cooperative organization,
(g) If a loan is taken by submitting false or false information, if the mortgage held is crude or if the loan is embezzled,
(h) If a co-operative society makes an investment contrary to this Act and the rules and regulations made under this Act or if it raises funds for the purpose of investment,
(i) If a loan is taken or given by setting up or carrying on an artificial business,
(j) If a loan is taken or given at an unnaturally high valuation of the collateral,
(k) If the cost of the project is inflated unnaturally by taking or giving more loans on the basis of false statements,
(l) If the security once given to a person or cooperative organization is not duly released, or if the security is more than the value of the envelope and the same security is taken or given again to another organization,
(d) If the loan facility is used elsewhere than for the purpose for which it was taken from the co-operative society or used elsewhere,
(d) any document or account of a co-operative society by any means removing or tearing down any matter written in such a way as to convey a different meaning, or any other(a) Forgery with the intention of benefiting or harming oneself or someone else, or with the intention of causing harm to another, telling a lie or stating that it happened, or making a document by changing the date, number or usage, making or causing to be made a forgery, or If you do,
(n) In the course of valuation of movable immovable property held as security for loan or for auction sale or other purposes, if the valuer does or causes damage to the cooperative organization by over, under or wrong valuation,
(p) No one shall do or not to do any work, solicit or do any work, take or give any money, take or give any goods, goods or services at no or low price, donation, donation, gift or donation with the intention of causing damage to the cooperative society. To take or give, to prepare or cause to be false, to translate or to cause, or to do or cause to do any act in bad faith to cause illegal gain or loss,
(q) If any co-operative society or its members or savers or any of them conduct an audit in such a way as to cause loss or damage or if a false audit report is prepared or caused to be done.
